When will lots at Tiger Meadows be ready to build?
Lots are expected to be buildable by late summer 2022.
How can I reserve a lot?
We will begin accepting purchase agreements in May 2022. Closing will take place upon the lot being buildable.
Can I bring my own builder?
Yes! Builders must be licensed General Contractors in the State of South Dakota and all plans must be approved by the developer prior to construction.
